At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be effortless even when things don't go as planned. If your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed without any errors.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
